Allegan voters have a choice of who will represent them in the 48th Circuit Court in 2025.  I would like to introduce myself as the candidate for Circuit Court Judge who is not just qualified, but exceptionally so. I am an experienced family law attorney with a proven track record of fairness, integrity, and dedication to the principles of justice. I am not just another name on the ballot, but a person dedicated to our community.

I have spent years serving our community, working tirelessly to ensure that justice is not just a concept, but a reality for all. I have shown an unwavering commitment to upholding the law, treating each case with the utmost respect and diligence it deserves. My decisions have consistently been guided by a deep understanding of the law, a strong sense of ethics, faith in God, and a profound respect for the rights and dignity of all individuals.

But what sets me apart is not just qualifications or experience. It is my vision for our community. A vision of a court system that is not just fair, but compassionate. A vision of a justice system that is not just efficient, but accessible to all. A vision of a community where justice is not just a privilege for the few, but a right for all.

So, I urge you, when you go to the polls, think about the kind of community you want to live in. Think about the kind of justice system you want to see. And then, cast your vote for the candidate who shares that vision. Cast your vote for the candidate who has proven their dedication to our community and to the principles of justice. I hope that you will cast your vote for Alice Bernal for Allegan County Circuit Court Judge.
